How Do I Make A Booking?
To contact us please click HERE. We will subsequently discuss your requirements and send you the necessary booking form to complete.
Bookings are only confirmed once booking form and full payment are received. Until this time the hire date is still available.
A £50 refundable deposit is required on top of the hire costs to cover any damage, theft or loss of equipment. This will be returned to you upon collection and satisfactory inspection of the equipment.
If you subsequently need to cancel, the following terms apply:
30+ Days Notice - 100% Refund.
15 - 30 Days Notice - 50% Refund.
14 Days Notice - 0% Refund.
Delivery, Set Up and Collection
Included in the hire is the delivery of the games to your venue, set up and subsequent collection, at the pre-agreed times.
Whilst we will endeavour to provide your requested games, we reserve the right to supply alternative games, of equal or greater value, in the event of game unavailability, due to damage or loss of equipment from prior bookings.
